A Recognition That Means More Than Words Can Express.

At AmeriGlobe LLC, we have always believed that taking care of our people is more than a responsibility — it's a commitment.

Today, we are incredibly proud to share that Danny Schnaars and Matt Schnaars have been recognized with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award, presented through the Department of Defense's Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is the person behind the nomination.

Dylan O'Halloran, a valued member of the AmeriGlobe family for over 14 years and a Soldier in the United States Army National Guard, nominated Danny and Matt in appreciation of their unwavering support throughout his military service.

In his nomination, Dylan shared how their support extended far beyond accommodating military obligations. From preparing for deployment to transitioning back into civilian life, Danny and Matt demonstrated what it truly means to stand behind those who serve — offering flexibility, financial reassurance, encouragement, and continued opportunities for professional growth.

The Patriot Award recognizes employers who go above and beyond in supporting employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.
