Happy Manufacturing Day! 🇺🇸⚙️

Today, we’re celebrating the people, technology, and innovation that keep manufacturing moving forward.

At ASH Industries, manufacturing means turning ideas into reality—from building tooling and molding plastic, silicone, and metal to machining, 3D printing, quality inspection, and everything in between.

And we’re not stopping the celebration today! Next week, we’re excited to welcome local students into our facility for a behind-the-scenes look at modern manufacturing and the career opportunities available right here in Acadiana.

We can’t wait to show the next generation what manufacturing is all about!

The future of manufacturing in Acadiana just got brighter!⚙️🚀

As manufacturers continue to face workforce challenges, programs like FAME are critical to building a strong talent pipeline and creating rewarding career opportunities in advanced manufacturing.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to learn more and to see the results of this program at the FAME National Conference, and we are excited to have it be part of our region.

An exciting step forward for Acadiana's manufacturing workforce! 📢

One Acadiana has been awarded a prestigious FAME Catalyst Grant from The Manufacturing Institute—one of only SIX organizations nationwide selected to launch a new chapter of the nationally recognized Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program. ⚙️

What does this mean? 💡
One Acadiana will establish a FAME chapter for our region, offering earn-and-learn apprenticeship programs to train the next generation of manufacturing talent. Students will work with a local manufacturer while attending classes through our community college partner, South Louisiana Community College. Graduates earn an associate degree with little to no student debt and are well-positioned for full-time careers in advanced manufacturing. 🛠️
