Job Functions:
* Have a clean driving record.
Use of all tools, equipment and skills necessary for the complete installation of projects common to the Sheet Metal Industry.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Be able to read blueprints and work orders.
Be able to maintain a schedule.
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Have the hand tools required by the industry in his/her possession.
Direct the activities of field crew member(s) in accordance with job schedules and priorities as coordinated with field foreman/project managers/general contractors and customers.
Give instruction and on the job training to apprentices including but not limited to safety.
Support the installation of a quality product.
Being able to think on your feet and improvise in the field.
Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policy.
Other duties as assigned.
Reliable, punctual, and honest.
