On April 29th, WMD Squared received the 2025 Economic Impact Award from the DoW through the National Apex Accelerator Alliance!

Willem attended the event and received the award on behalf of the company. The meeting included a round table for businesses like ours to speak on “what it takes to compete: capability, readiness, and ex*****on in a market that doesn’t hand out opportunities.” - Colorado APEX Accelerator on the event.

Last week Troy attended the 3-day WorkBoat Show in New Orleans!

The event was a combination event for WorkBoat show as well as Underwater Intervention. The event had over 1000 exhibitors, with companies including ship builders, marine equipment manufacturers and subsea technology specialists.

In addition to the exhibition booths, there were conference sessions with speakers discussing topics such as autonomous vessels, green technologies, offshore wind, marine surveying, propulsion systems, and regulatory developments.
