We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients. You will be the voice and face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive unparalleled service, while efficiently addressing their HVAC needs and concerns.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services and products.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our technical team.
- Document and maintain customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, forwarding any concerns or suggestions to the relevant departments.
- Stay informed about our offers, promotions, and industry standards to provide accurate information to clients.
**Qualifications: **
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within HVAC or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software. Service Titan would be bonus.
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
