SpaceX’s plans for Starbase Louisiana represent a generational opportunity for Acadiana, but Hydro-Blade’s preparation for Louisiana’s aerospace future did not begin with the announcement.

Over the years, we have grown from a waterjet cutting company into an integrated manufacturing operation with CNC machining, metal fabrication, welding, permanent part identification, dimensional inspection and CMM scanning. We have completed aerospace-related work and built compliant quality processes around traceability, controlled documentation, qualified welding procedures and inspection.

We are ready to bring that experience, capability and commitment to the companies building the next chapter of aerospace manufacturing in Louisiana.

The destination may be space, but the foundation has been built here in Acadiana for years.

Hydro-Blade brings aerospace experience, CNC machining, waterjet cutting, fabrication, welding and compliant quality processes to aerospace manufacturing in Louisiana.
