This is Sally, one of our 2025 WiCT Legacy Award Honorees. 🏆

Shari is the VP of Sales and Business Development at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). With 15+ years at CTA, Shari has worked her way up through the sales ranks, building lasting relationships with Fortune 500 companies and growing CES's footprint by 45%. She is credited with building the vehicle tech category at CES, a move that positioned CES as one of the most influential auto events in the world. In 2018, Trade Show Executive magazine named her one of its inaugural Women to Watch.

The WiCT Legacy Award exists for women like Shari, those who don't just grow within their industry; they reshape it.

This is Lueck, one of our 2025 WiCT Legacy Award Honorees. 🏆

Michelle is the founder and president of , with over 20 years of experience in consumer technology. She has built sales strategies, led training programs, and developed partnerships with brands such as Apple, Samsung, Best Buy, and Walmart, all while consistently showing up for the women around her.

She has served on the Women in Consumer Technology Advisory Board since 2015, leads WiCT Connect Circles, and founded She-Roc, an advocacy group for women in the retail field sales.

The WiCT Legacy Award exists for women like Michelle, the ones doing the work, opening doors, and making this industry better for everyone in it.
