Very cool, Does PMC Speakers have something like this?
This is Jupiter π°οΈ
Jupiter is big. Very big. Itβs a giant, hollow cube, measuring 13 metres in every dimension and forms the core of the R&D building at Dynaudio HQ in Skanderborg, Denmark. To be honest, Jupiter IS the R&D building β we just built the other rooms and offices around it. π€―
Jupiter allows us to measure speakers in just about any phase of a loudspeaker's conception: design, development, tuning, testing β you name it.
The sum of Jupiter's impressive parts (31 microphones, anyone?) is the resulting set of invaluable measurement read-outs that help us make informed decisions when producing some of the best loudspeakers in the world. π
At the end of the day though, we know that it's people (and not robots) who will be listening to our speakers, and that's exactly why the human listening test is the last Bastion of Truth before signing off on any Dynaudio speaker. πΆ
No product design reaches your ears before it's been pass ours first. It's always been that way. And it always will be.π
