Looking for Full-time Office Assistant to cover office responsibilities for small construction company.
Hours would be Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
Requirements:
*Accounting experience is a plus.
*Must have excellent communication and language skills – good phone skills.
*Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details.
*Strong ability to multi-task efficiently.
*Time management skills.
*Must have experience with Office programs and Internet: Specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
*Be able to lift 20lbs plus.
*Must have own transportation.
*Willingness to learn.
Pay depends on experience.
