Karina steps into the role of Customer Program Manager, where she'll guide our VIP customer programs from aircraft arrival through delivery and beyond. She brings a rich background in business aviation. With a degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University and hands-on experience spanning charter sales, aftermarket support, and aircraft maintenance and service sales, Karina understands both the technical and commercial sides of our work.

A few highlights from her journey:

✈️ Built and revived global customer relationships, reconnecting with key clients and capturing new revenue.

✈️Worked across VIP aircraft maintenance, cabin upgrades, and completions on platforms like the BBJ and ACJ.

✈️Represented her teams at major industry forums, including NBAA, EBACE, and the BBJ/ACJ service networks.

What sets Karina apart is her ability to connect people. She bridges technical and commercial teams, leads cross-functional coordination, and keeps customers informed every step of the way. Her responsiveness and dedication to a world-class experience make her a natural fit for this role.
