We are about 90% complete!! Waiting on a review from the Louisiana Board of Contractors to reinstate our residential and commercial license. We are very excited to start taking care of the construction needs in Lake Charles and the surrounding areas.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Lake Charles Construction LLC has decided to pursue other interest and we have placed our commercial and residential licenses on an inactive status with the state of Louisiana. The business is still open but is not accepting any new customers at this time. A great big thank you to all of our loyal customers for the many years of business. Our new venture is Coastal Rail Scales LLC. You can view the website at coastalrailscales.com and I will be starting up a page for it as well. We are very excited for the next chapter for it was truly a gift from God to lay this opportunity at our feet.

** UPDATE ** 725 Dianne LN is officially sold and 726 Lionel LN is under contract!! Thank you to all of our family and friends that liked and shared these houses for us. Shout out and special thanks to Sarah Simon and Tommy Eastman with flavin realty for bringing a buyer for Lionel LN!! As always, Joanna and I poured our heart and soul into these houses and are very proud to say that we built them. So the next chapter begins
