Do you have a room that won’t cool down like the rest of the house? It could be poorly ran duct work, a rodent has chewed holes in the duct work, or it just came partially detached over time. Call for an inspection and estimate to make your WHOLE house comfortable, not just 3/4s of it.

Living in SWLA we have thunderstorms regularly and with that comes power outages and surges. That can kill many hvac components, including the compressor which is a very costly repair. Ask about protecting your unit with a surge protector. A little bit now can save ALOT later.

Summer is on its way! Schedule your homes HVAC maintenance check up now. Clean coils and filters can save you a costly repair down the road! These dirty filters most likely caused a fan motor failure. Change them regularly.
