Another F250 starter failure took the flywheel out. The bendix got weak and chewed a few teeth off of the flywheel. I got him fixed up with a new flex plate and a rear main seal while i was in there.

Engine pulled, full reseal, DOD Delete and back together better than ever

Im going to post the good and the bad.
Last weekend I pulled a motor, did a full Reseal as well as a DOD Delete, fixed broken exhaust manifold studs and a few other things.

The customer called me a few days later stating that he noticed an oil leak. I had him bring the vehicle back and I diagnosed it as a rear main seal leak. A brand new Dorman Cover/Seal leaking. I ordered a new GM Rear Main Seal and installed it. Parts failures are inevitable but, we have to make things right🤘
