Had a call a couple months ago. They said their unit was making a horrible noise, not keeping up, and had a smell. I went out there at 8pm to take a look. Turned out the coils had gotten dirty, thus causing the unit to freeze up. It got so bad that the ice reached the blower wheel and took a nice chunk out. Unfortunately the blower wheel was on back order. They said maybe end of the year. Well today I got my hands on it and was able to install it for them. I cleaned the unit about a month ago and it’s still fresh and clean. Thank you for being patient with me and waiting on the part. The relief on their face when the unit no longer rattled while running was golden.

Had a call today, customer stated that the heat and ac just couldn’t keep up anymore. Got out there and checked over the unit, pressures were a little off but everything looked fine. One look at the coils and knew what she needed. Took the whole unit apart and gave it a deep cleaning. Now they can enjoy the nice cold air and hot heat. Does yours look like this?
