A main line break not only disrupts city plans ➡️ it disrupts your home. This garage was hit with backflow after a nearby pipe burst. Immediately, we extracted the water💧, cleaned and sanitized the space🪣, and restored the garage completely✨.

Restoration can be an invasive process. At Superior, we try to do everything we can to minimize the damages. Equipment like the Pressurized Drying Systems—PDS for short—allow us to dry behind materials without having to remove them. In the end this helps alleviate repairs and costs.

Day or Night, Service Done Right! ☀️🌙 On New Years Day, or Mitigation team responded to an emergency water intrusion from the heavy rains 🌧 we’ve been experiencing in Southern California. Between four members of our Mit team and four affected offices we were able to successfully extract all water inside the buildings. Now that’s a BIG start to 2026! 💪🤌
