Check out our most recently finished project, the MB Grille. This 6,485 sqft existing restaurant was brought back to life with a modern look. We took old stationary windows on the main feature wall to Open Air concept with sliding lanai windows, that bring in the fresh air and sunlight with new wood case framing and steel front canopy. We installed new decorative fixtures throughout the restaurant, supported by all new drywall and framing throughout. The inside bar has a new hard lid with recessed lighting, TVs, speakers and a structural steel beam frame. We renovated acoustical ceilings, upgraded fire protection, and furnished the kitchen with new equipment, hoods, sinks and new piping for gas and water connections. We installed new Shiplap on interior walls, removed old flooring and replaced them with fresh new tile and wood floors throughout the dining room. We updated the restroom vestibule with new wood paneling on the walls and casing around restroom doors, including new tiling, lighting, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures in the restrooms. We renovated the server drink station with storefront window walls and equipment. Other additions include a new POS and KDS system for the bar, server stations and kitchen. We added a storefront window wall for a view of the chef’s fish counter, matching the server drink station area. We brought the space to life with all new wood booth work. The outside covered patio received a retiling of the fireplace, new storefront windows, an exit door, and flip out windows over the patio bar top tying it together to the inside bar. The finishing touches include an electrical Panel upgrade, installation of a 25’ flagpole, and all new outside landscaping.
