This week, both R&L Spring Company and Medicoil celebrated one of our favorite annual traditions... our Ice Cream Socials! 🍦

These events are something our employees look forward to every year, and we're grateful for everyone who came out to enjoy a sweet treat while supporting a great cause.

Together, our employees raised $400 for United Way of Walworth County, and we're proud to match that amount to make an even bigger impact in our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year's Ice Cream Socials another success. Supporting our employees and giving back to the communities where we live and work is something we're proud to be a part of!

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as we wish Enrique A. a very happy retirement!

Enrique's journey with R&L Spring spans an amazing 25 years. He spent his first 20 years with us when R&L Spring was still located in Illinois before returning five years ago to finish his career where it all began.

Over the years, Enrique has become someone everyone could count on. There isn't a machine in the building he can't run, and his knowledge, dedication, and strong work ethic have made a lasting impact on our team. Just as importantly, Enrique's kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help others have made him a friend to so many of us. He truly makes our workplace a better place.
Enrique,
thank you for your 25 years of loyalty, hard work, and commitment to R&L Spring. Your contributions have helped shape who we are, and while you will be greatly missed, we couldn't be happier for you as you begin this exciting new chapter.

Please join us in congratulating Enrique on his well-earned retirement! We wish you many years of good health, happiness, relaxation, and time spent making wonderful memories with your family and friends. Thank you for everything, Enrique!

🎉 Congratulations to Yolanda on 30 incredible years with R&L Spring Company! 🎉

Today we celebrate a remarkable milestone and an even more remarkable person. For 30 years, Yolanda has been an essential part of our team, serving in Quality and making a positive impact on everyone around her.

Yolanda is much more than an outstanding employee. She is a trusted colleague, a reliable source of knowledge, a friend to many, and someone who is always willing to step up and help wherever needed. Whether it's supporting company events, assisting coworkers, or ensuring the highest standards in her work, Yolanda consistently goes above and beyond.

We are truly blessed to have her as part of the R&L Spring family. Her dedication, loyalty, and positive attitude have helped shape our culture and contributed greatly to our success.

Pictured here with our CEO, Julie Arenz, as we recognized her amazing achievement. And of course, no celebration would be complete without Yolanda's favorite red velvet cupcakes from Lorelei Bittner's Bakery—thank you for helping make the day extra special!

Please join us in congratulating Yolanda on 30 years of excellence and commitment! ❤️👏

⚾ Yesterday, we had the pleasure of treating our R&L Spring and Medicoil team members to an Employee Appreciation Outing at the ballpark!

It was a beautiful day for baseball, great food, and even better company on the Johnsonville Party Deck. While the Brewers didn't come away with the win, the day was filled with plenty of laughs, conversations, and memories with our amazing team.

A sincere thank you to all of our employees for your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you make every day. Opportunities like this are a small way for us to show our appreciation for everything you do. We are grateful to have such an incredible team behind R&L Spring and Medicoil.

Thank you for making our companies great places to work! 💙
