This Unit had not been serviced since Installation in 2016 !!

The blower wheel was full of dirt causing the unit to not work at full capacity. Making the customer uncomfortable during peak Summer Season.

( the unit inside, and the condenser outside. ) Both have coils that need to be cleaned to ensure Maxium Efficiency. 👍

We are a fully self contained service, And only use filtered water from our local Water& Ice instead of water from a hose bib like other companies, and lastly we operate with the Supco Port A Blaster to ensure there is no damage to the fins on the coils when cleaning them.
