We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete set up Foreman to lead a concrete construction crew on various residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, good work ethic and reliability.
Someone with a valid driver's license, and the people skills to manage personnel. Plan, organize, and oversee daily work schedules and ensure timely project completion, with an emphasis on quality of workmanship.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
