It is with great sadness that after 47 years of business the owner has decided to close The Converter Shop/TCS Performance. We would like to thank all our customer who have supported us over the years...some have been with us from the very beginning and other are newer but still as important. Your continued support has helped us keep this family owned business going over the years. Our reputation for building one of the industry's best converters and manufacturing high quality American made parts has kept our company going even in the hardest times.

We are building more and more of these VG30 to Chevy converters, coming soon a stand alone all billet front cover! We can build your converter anywhere from 2800-6000 rpm stall. The VG30's are great engines and can be built with alot of power, but you will need to upgrade your trans and the go to is the TH400! TCS Performance uses True Billet Front Covers, NOT Forgings from China and India! They start as 80 pound blanks that are turned in one of our CNC Lathes, then the contour and bolt patterns are added in one of our CNC Mills, for a part that ends up at just over 11 pounds.
