Help Lifesize Dwellings to Support Local Helene Recovery We are Lifesize Dwellings, a trusted Lake Lure Carpentry company, operating in this area for over 7 years.

We have been evaluating where we are needed most in the community restoration efforts after the Hurricane Helene devastation. The Government, Utility Industry, and Charitable Organizations are fulfilling many emergent needs, but we assume that external help will soon shift to other areas in need, such as Florida. The gap in assistance we have identified is in providing miscellaneous (usually small

er) services to those with immediate needs. Requirements differ between neighbors, but here are some examples:

Generator/engine repair
Tree clearing from personal driveways and yards
Grading impassable backroads
Debris or general trash disposal
Getting supplies to locations inaccessible by car
Getting people out of their homes for non-emergent but important errands (to go to town to get groceries, to make phone calls, checkups, laundry, etc.) We have been providing these services free of charge, but unfortunately, this is not sustainable for our business. We are not looking to make a profit from this situation but just to pay our employees and cover the expenses of materials. We will then provide these services to our neighbors free of charge. If there is leftover funding, we will pay it to the other local handymen/women who are out there doing the same thing. We have a skid steer, chainsaws, tools, dump trailers, trucks, ATVs, and lots of fuel.

$15,000 will cover 5-6 workers and repair materials for 2 weeks.

$30,000 will cover 4 weeks of the same. Thank you in advance for your support and contributions!
