Out with the old and in with the new! Lake house located next to sandy bay, we took off the old rotting cedar shakes and replaced with new modern vinyl shakes after replacing all second story windows with energy star efficient windows.

It has been a really busy year and we are very thankful for all the amazing homeowners who put there trust in Jross construction llc! I apologize for not posting in awhile but I will start posting projects we completed this year!!

Here is a before and after siding project we tackled out this fall. We replaced the old rotted wood siding with all new Vinyl after installing new exterior energy star insulation. We replaced all the old exterior window trim on every window and wrapped them in Metal. We straightened out/replaced bad rafters tails around the house and built bird boxes to install all new soffit and Facia. We wrapped the whole exterior house included all exterior beams in metal and also replaced the front door. This has been the customers dream for many years and I am glad we were able to make that dream come true!!

We wrapped up another Roof and siding job last week. We replaced the entire roof with all new plywood, the old contractor thought it was ok to use 1/4 ply wood 🫣 We had to replace a ton of rotted wood throughout the exterior of this project. Be careful who you trust working on your home! I see so many contractors cutting corners just to get the job done. Your home is an investment, make sure whoever is working on your property treats it like it is theirs. There are good passionate Contractors out there make sure you find one before hiring them. It is jobs like this that cost homeowners lots of extra money in repairs that should never had to be done.. In the end the homeowner loves his new Roof and Siding!
