This September, we gathered with the Quest team, families, and community leaders for a Ministry of Construction—a Collage tradition honoring the hands and hearts behind every build.
More than a renovation, this project represents a shared mission: to create environments that uplift, empower, and support the most vulnerable among us.

Preserving the Past, Building the Future. Nearly a century after it was first built by WPA craftsmen, Bunnell’s beloved Coquina City Hall is being restored — stone by stone — through a partnership between The Collage Companies and the City of Bunnell.

Funded by the State of Florida Division of Historic Resources and legislative appropriations, this project honors the building’s heritage while making it accessible and functional for future generations.

From 13-inch-thick coquina walls to whimsical hand-carved stones, every detail tells a story of resilience, craftsmanship, and community spirit.

🐾 A Future of Care and Compassion — Coming Soon to Orange County

The Collage Companies is honored to have been selected by Orange County Government to construct the new Orange County Animal Services Shelter — a 123,000-square-foot facility that will be the largest animal shelter in the state of Florida.

This state-of-the-art complex, designed by the talented team at The Bacon Group, will provide expanded kenneling, modernized medical and adoption areas, and air-conditioned spaces to ensure a healthier, more comfortable environment for both animals and staff.

We’re proud to play a part in building a community resource that reflects compassion, innovation, and care — helping Orange County continue its commitment to animal welfare and quality of life for all.

With contingencies and other costs, the pricetag for the new Orange County animal shelter, which would be the state’s largest, could balloon to $95 million.

This week, members of the Collage team participated in two days of Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC) intensive training, hosted by the US Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC. As part of our "Collage Curriculum", we are committed to ongoing training and education across all areas of construction-ensuring we deliver the highest levels of quality and safety on every jobsite for our clients.

On June 12th, we joined Aspire Health Partners, Orange County Commissioner Michael Scott, and community leaders for the ceremonial groundbreaking of the new Aspire Veterans Housing Project in Orlando.

Located at the corner of W. Michigan Street and S. Rio Grande Avenue, this transformative $7M initiative will provide 48 single-occupancy studio apartments for formerly homeless veterans—each designed to exceed VA standards and promote privacy, dignity, and recovery.

The Collage Companies is honored to serve as general contractor for this purpose-driven project, with RS&H as the architect. Together, we’re proud to help build a place where healing begins.

We were honored to have been chosen by the City of Winter Park to help bring Seven Oaks Park to life—a beautiful new greenspace in the heart of the community. As Construction Manager, Collage worked alongside an incredible team of partners to transform this meaningful site into a public park designed for connection, reflection, and recreation. The Collage Companies teamed with Building God’s Way Architects (BGW) to host a seminar at the recently completed East Memorial Baptist Church in Prattville, Alabama. The seminar provided regional churches with information and guidance on church and school construction projects. Several local churches as well as churches from Tennessee and Georgia were in attendance. Guest speakers included Gary Vargas, Director of Church & Community Development from The Collage Companies and Don Mahoney, Principle from BGW.
