⚡ 20 minutes by hand. 2 minutes on the Straight 8.

More throughput. Less labor. On the same machine already polishing your straight edges.

That's the difference Matt at Hard Rock Stone Works is seeing on leathered and textured finishes.

A 90" piece used to take one of his guys 20 to 25 minutes to leather by hand with brushes on a pneumatic polisher. Now his crew swaps the brushes onto the Straight 8 using the magnetic quick change and runs the part through in about two minutes.

We asked him the question every fabricator asks: does the texture actually match a factory-leathered slab?
His answer — "Match is perfect."

🚀 Zero to production in under 4 weeks!!

Everything went incredibly smoothly, and we even got to cut a couple of production slabs today, which was a cool surprise. It's refreshing to take on a major project like this and have another company come in, match the energy, and get the job done. I'm excited to have some BACA orange in this shop. Your team represents your company exceptionally well, and it's obvious they take pride in what they do. One of our first test slabs was a 1/4" quartz slab processed into 30" circles, and it was completed in 16 minutes. That's five times faster than what we're used to—a massive improvement for a product that has historically been a bottleneck for us. We have five more slabs with similar layouts on this project alone, and it's a recurring product line for us. Thanks again for the partnership and for sending such a great team."
