Waterfront Services was incorporated February of 2006 for the purpose of preforming smaller restoration projects. As time went on Jim Gallo (qualifier and owner) realized that there was a need to continue the growth of the company. Waterfront Services envisioned a business that could overcome the stereotypes of contracting in South Florida. With hard work and dedication they could prove to be a re

putable and honest contractor, and earn the respect of the community they serve. Waterfront Services has prided itself on the details and customer service in the construction industry. Just under a month in, and momentum is building at 250 Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach. Since mobilizing on April 7, our team has made major progress on this office building transformation.

+ Stone sealing and window caulking for long-term moisture protection
+ Parking garage restoration, including driving surface waterproofing

In fact, the painting portion of the project is already 80% complete — a testament to our excellent project management, detail-oriented craftsmanship, and commitment to personal service.
