For this home we had to completely take out all the old, bad insulation, and replace that with new insulation, new v***r barrier.

With the proper insulation and supporting materials we could have saved a lot of this home owners things that were being stored in his crawl space. We were able to remove the smell that manifested in the home from their crawl space.
