B-Z Construction

We have grown up in the PNW and love the community we live in. We have a vast array of skills from the various positions we have all held in the construction industry. Both Richards were union trained Journeymen Carpenters. Both brothers managed the building of over one thousand homes as the superintendent or area manager for DR Horton, the Pacific Ridge Division. The older brother and father also

have years of experience in commercial and residential property management. Richard Jr. helped start and build the portfolio for Invitation Homes when they first got started in the state of Washington. Our number one goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers through the work that we do and the customer service that we provide. If you have a bathroom, kitchen, or entire house to remodel we would love to be a partner in your vision. If you have property and want to build a home or ADU, we have the experience to do that as well. If you just need some repairs done on your home or property, we can help.
