Okay let me be real here. Remodels can feel daunting to the homeowner. It does not have to be that way. "The devil is in the details", was specifically written about the first remodel in the Roman era. Okay, maybe I made that up. However, it is true. If you are not a detail sort of person but have a picture in your mind of what you want, or a Pintrest picture works too, you would be better off hiring a professional to do the detailed planning for you. A design consultant like Distinctive Interior Designs can take the stress away from the planning, the time it takes to search every detail out and is surprisingly inexpensive in the grand scheme of a remodel. It is well worth it!

Looking to get a bathroom remodel done sometime in the near future. Start planning now. It can take several weeks to get cabinets, counter tops and even shower glass doors from the different vendors. Counter tops are taking up to 3 weeks to get after cabinets are in. Shower Door glass can take 6 to 8 weeks from the time tile is in for measurements.

Contractors like myself are booking 3 months or more in advance. During that time there is plenty to plan on. Give me a call for a consultation. I will go over the process and all the details on how to have a successful bathroom remodel.
