Six months. One incredible transformation. 👏

When it comes to bringing a vision to life, experience makes all the difference.

Hear from Johnny Meier of My Community Pharmacy as he shares how we at Gen X Construction brought his pharmacy to life in just six months, an almost record-breaking turnaround!

From start to finish, our team worked together to deliver a space we’re proud of, on an impressive timeline.

Built on experience. Driven by results.

30+ years in this industry has taught us that the people you build with matter just as much as what you build.

Great projects start with a great team, and we’re pretty lucky to have this one. 💙

There’s finished… and then there’s brought to life. 👏

We handed over the space, and our client turned it into exactly what it was meant to be. Seeing our work filled, styled, and officially open for business will never get old!

Before they were old enough to work a job site, they were already on one 😂🏗️

For Mike, construction has never just been a career. It’s been a part of his life, and his family’s for decades.

These photos go back to some of the earlier years, when bringing the kids by the job site was just part of the day. A lot has changed since then, but Mike’s approach to the work hasn’t: show up, know your craft, build relationships, and do the job right!

30+ years later, he’s still building. Just with a little more experience…and much bigger kids.

Signs are up 👀 and it’s starting to look a whole lot like Go Greek Yogurt | Authentic Greek Yogurt & Frozen Yogurt!

Another exciting milestone at our Downtown Palm Beach Gardens project! From what happens behind the walls to the details you actually get to see, watching a space come together never gets old.

Go Greek is getting closer and closer to opening its doors — and we’re proud to be part of bringing it to life. 🔨

Stay tuned… we’re not done yet!

30+ years in construction means Mike has seen a thing or two 🤝

And when it’s your business, your investment, and your project on the line, experience matters.

Mike brings decades of knowledge to every Gen X project, knowing what to look for, anticipating problems before they become expensive ones, communicating through the process, and making sure the job is done right!

Because choosing a contractor isn’t just about who can build it. It’s about trusting who you’re building it with. That’s the kind of experience you can count on.

Planning a commercial project? Let’s talk.
