Little landscaping. Customer had trouble with standing water in their yard after the city raised the road 8 inches, which caused under the house to flood with 6+ inches of standing water. 250+ feet of French drain to a catch basin with a pump to relieve the yard of all the excess water. New pine needles w**d barrier and elephant ears planted around the house to help retain water. 3 new huge flower beds with mulch and over 30 new plants hostas, elephant ears and hydrangeas to help with the excess water as well. New grass seed and w**d and feed throughout the yard.
