Multi-use building including eye institute, dental care, pharmacy, OGBYN, primary medical care, and even a full house laboratory. This multi-use facility was designed to serve the growing needs of the community.

We are pleased here at Avon Modular to announce the completion of our latest project: Parlor Doughnuts. 🍩 ☕ We had the privilege of redesigning historic building in downtown Lakeland into a fresh, vibrant dessert spot. By incorporating modular components we were able to greatly reduce construction time, completing the entire project in three months.

Parlor Doughnuts is now open and serving the community in a one-of-a kind setting. 🍩 👏 The doughnuts are beyond good, what's your favorite one?

It’s hard to believe it’s been a few years since we had the honor of completing the facility for Equine-Assisted Therapies of South Florida. Looking back, we’re incredibly proud of the work we did to create a space that has since become a hub for healing, growth, and empowerment for so many individuals in the community.
