We most recently finished this 4 bd home on a gorgeous lot. Very spacious. This Beautiful home has hard wood floors with matching stained beams and vaulted ceilings with custom panel walls in the study and Foyer among some areas. Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with the following tasks
Finish Carpentry and Trim work mostly
Capable of following direction, providing leadership for rest of crew with little supervision, positive attitude, and communication skills.
Install, adjust and trim outdoor & windows
Install crown molding, baseboards & other trim-out
Build entertainment center/built-ins, staircase and treads/handrailing
Punch-out for final stage of house (adjustment-repairs)
Other tasks include installing siding, outdoor ceilings, misc. work as needed.
Qualifications and Skills;
Must be able to operate hand and power tools.

Loving these exterior colors and choices of lighting and landscaping. The interior detail in the tray ceilings and built-ins is absolutely gorgeous.
