We’re excited to announce the completion of a new 24-hour RaceTrac location in Palmetto, Florida, adding another high-quality fueling and convenience destination to the growing community.

This ground-up project features:
-A 6,000 SF convenience store open 24/7
-16 auto fueling positions
-3 high-flow diesel fueling lanes
-FDOT turn lane, deceleration lane, and intersection improvements to support safe and efficient site access

For this project, JF Construction Services served as the general contractor, electrical contractor, and petroleum contractor, delivering a full-scope solution from site development through final completion.

Projects like this showcase the value of integrated construction and fueling expertise working together to deliver efficient, high-performing sites built to serve both everyday motorists and commercial drivers.

We’re proud to announce the completion of a brand-new RaceTrac Travel Center now open to serve the South Sebring, Florida community, marking the first RaceTrac location in Highlands County.

This ground-up build features:
- 30 fueling positions with 15 dispensers
- Dedicated truck fueling lanes with high-flow diesel
- CAT scales to support commercial vehicle operations
- An 8,000 SF convenience store open 24/7
- Expanded site layout designed to support both passenger and commercial traffic

This site combines fueling infrastructure with a full-service retail experience, including food, beverage, and convenience offerings tailored for both everyday customers and professional drivers.

We’re proud to announce the completion of a brand-new Food 4 Less fueling facility in Apple Valley, California. Marking our first completed ground-up build for this new client.

This build features:
- 14 fueling positions with 7 dispensers
- One 20,000-gallon underground storage tank supplying unleaded fuel
- One split-compartment UST providing 10,000 gallons of diesel and 8,000 gallons of premium fuel
- Extensive site work and unique landscaping elements to support overall site design and functionality

JF Construction Services served as both the General Contractor and Fueling Contractor, delivering a full-scope project from site development through fueling operations.

We’re proud to announce the completion of a brand-new Costco fueling facility now open to serve members in Camarillo, California.

This site features:
- 32 fueling positions with 16 dispensers
- Three 40,000-gallon underground storage tanks
- Premium and unleaded fuel offerings
- A dedicated fuel drop lane for efficient site refueling
- Extended, extra-wide traffic lanes designed to support smooth site circulation
