☀️ Florida heat is hard enough on us, imagine what your AC is going through!

Your AC works hard nearly year-round, and a little preventative attention can go a long way toward keeping your home comfortable and your electric bill under control.

At OnDeck AC, we’re currently offering FREE AC inspections to help homeowners get a better idea of how their system is doing before a small issue turns into an expensive surprise.

During an inspection, we can help identify:
• Signs your system may be working harder than it should
• Potential repair or maintenance needs
• Issues that could be contributing to higher electric bills
• Whether it may be time to start planning for replacement

🔧 Repairs needed? Financing options are available.
❄️ Time for a new system? Financing options are available for new units, too.
📅 Want to avoid surprises? Semi-annual AC maintenance helps keep your system running efficiently and can help prevent the problems that lead to unnecessary energy use and unexpected repairs.

No pressure. No obligation. Just an opportunity to have a local HVAC professional take a look and let you know where your system stands.

📞Call /863-225-1199 OR DM Inspection and we will reach out to you!

Already an On Deck customer? We’d love the opportunity to take care of your AC the same way we’ve taken care of your plumbing. 💙

☀️ **Tuesday AC Quick Tip: Don’t forget about the unit outside.**

Your outdoor AC unit deals with a LOT here in Florida — leaves, grass clippings, dirt, storms, moisture… you name it.

When debris builds up, it can restrict airflow and make your system work harder than it needs to.

A good habit? 👇

👀 Take a quick look at your outdoor unit every so often.
🌿 Keep leaves, weeds and other debris from piling up around it.
🚫 And before reaching inside or trying to clean anything yourself, remember there are electrical and mechanical components in there — some things are better left to a technician.

That **before & after** is a pretty good reminder that just because you can't see what's going on inside your AC doesn't mean nothing's happening in there. 😳

**Florida is already making your AC work hard enough. No need to make its job harder. 😂**

☀️ Florida AC reality check:

When it’s 95°+ outside, your AC is working a whole lot harder than most of us probably give it credit for.

Longer run times during the hottest part of the day can be completely normal especially with our Florida heat and humidity.

What’s worth paying attention to is when something ✨changes✨.

🏠 The house suddenly isn't reaching the temperature it normally does
💨 Certain rooms feel noticeably warmer
💧 Humidity inside feels higher than usual
⚡ Your electric bill jumps without an obvious reason
👂 Your AC starts making a noise you haven't heard before

Those little changes don't always mean something is seriously wrong
but they're usually worth noticing before they become bigger changes.

We're going to start sharing more simple, useful information like this here especially the things we see every day that Florida homeowners and business owners may not know.

No scare tactics. No “YOUR AC IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE” posts. 😂

Just useful information from people who spend a lot of time around ACs.

Follow along. We'll keep it helpful.
