Every home has a story… this is ours.
As many of you know my husband Rich, is an amazing contractor. He has worked skillfully offering his construction service in Lake County since 2005. What some of you might not know is, I am the interior designer behind the operation. 😊

Rich brings the strength, structure, and precision. I bring the vision, flow, and finishing touches. We love working together and I feel like that love flows into each project. I’m proud of what we have created together. Together, we transform spaces into something more meaningful…a place people are proud to call home.

You may ask? How do I have time to design on top of my successful real estate business? Honestly they mold perfectly. I design and stage my listing to sell. Many of my clients after purchasing a home are overwhelmed by the thought of remodeling! So they hire our company to redesign and remodel the space.

Design is at the core of everything I do right down to the marketing, details and core of the process! It’s never just about construction or design—it’s about the balance between the two and bringing our clients success.
