As everyone is planning and enjoying the holiday 3 day weekend, please remember that not everyone has that opportunity. Our crew will be working all weekend for the 4rd one in a row. These men work in the lower 48 states, 10-12 hours per day. Last week they worked in a foundry where it was literally 200 degrees, this weekend on an elevator leg, next week to Kansas. Don't get us wrong as we are very blessed to have so much work. I would just like everyone to understand the sacrifice our crew makes. Do you like eating chicken, pork, beef or eggs? Do you like being able to buy pet food or use grain products? How about your appliances, shampoo, and cement? Basically almost everything you use daily is effected by the workers keeping the industries running. They don't get to spend time with their families on most holidays. They sacrifice their time to keep the country going. As the employer I cannot thank or compensate them enough.
The moral of this: thank a Millwright for the sacrifice they make everyday.
Thank you to the Manchester Inc
employees. You are the best.
