Horizon Heating & Cooling is growing and has an immediate opening for installers, from novice to leads!
If you are an experienced installer and are sick of the same cookie cutter houses/townhouses, want a challenge, and want to work on some of the largest and most exclusive homes in the Twin Cities this is the place for you.

We firmly believe our field employees drive our success, and through that we have built a loyal customer base that has grown to a point that we need additional installers. The majority of our work is around Lake Minnetonka and Edina, with additional work in Prior Lake, Mendota Heights and Sunfish Lake, although flexibility to grow into other areas may be needed. • In addition to your salary, 10% of your earned income is employer paid into a Simple IRA Retirement Plan (SEP). Call around, this is beyond competitive. Most companies will offer you a 3% match, 6% at most. No one in the industry offers anything close.
• Company vehicle may be available depending on experience
• Time and a Half Paid for Time Worked Over 40 Hours and Evenings/Weekends
• Potential for an incentive based bonus program
We do design/build new construction work and through our fantastic builder partners get to be a part of some of the largest and most interesting home construction projects this area has to offer. These same clients are what make up the majority of our customer base. You will NOT be disappointed with the level of homes we work on.
These additional qualifications would be valuable but are not required: Hydronics/Boiler install experience, control wiring install experience, comp cards (extra pay for masters licenses).
