When the foundation in your pops house has to be lifted with helical posts, and the old kitchen and dining room tile has failed, you get this...

Then when your pops says... "I dunno about vertical lines Tone, how bout that offset pattern??"
My reply, "you mean a flat herringbone??"
His reply, "I think so, can you lay it out?"

The end result, a flat herringbone pattern, because your pops tests your tile installation skill.

South Sheridan Blvd deck rebuild.

Customer had a weathered, rotted deck that was failing and unsafe to walk on.

Replaced the stair treads and decking with 2 x 6 pressure treated lumber.

Big thanks to my pops, who broke out his skills and knowledge as he did all the cuts.

My office for a day last week... Conifer, CO doesn't disappoint!!Removed a palet style subfloor, installed a new 2 x 4...

My office for a day last week... Conifer, CO doesn't disappoint!!

Removed a palet style subfloor, installed a new 2 x 4 pressure treated lumber joists with ¾" subfloor. Sealed top and bottom sides of the subfloor with kilz primer.

Sanchez middle bathroom, beginning to completion. Once again the lights mirror didn't disappoint!!
