We’re excited to officially kick off this major 2-story addition to a beautiful 1896 home. Our team will be adding nearly 2,000 square feet as we transform this historic property into a more spacious, upgraded living space designed for modern living while preserving the character that makes these homes so special.

Building in historic Dowtown Louisville comes with an added layer of care and responsibility. Projects in these neighborhoods require strict adherence to historic building regulations and design standards to help maintain the timeless charm and architectural character of the area — something we’re proud to be a part of.
