🎨 Boardwalk Concept Design Contest – $1,000 Prize 🏆
MACNAK Construction is inviting designers and creatives to submit visual concepts for a new public space project — with $1,000 going to the top concept.
This isn’t about technical plans or blueprints — it’s about your creative vision for how a public shoreline space could look and feel.
🧠 The Challenge:
We’ll send selected participants a series of real photos of a shoreline, and your task is to extrapolate these photos into a conceptual boardwalk design — envisioning what a boardwalk area with functional features (like a small market, gathering space, etc.) could become.
We’re looking for:
• Thoughtful spatial design
• A clear sense of flow, purpose, and atmosphere
• Visual storytelling — through sketches, overlays, renderings, etc.
Whether you’re into urban design, landscape architecture, concept art, or environmental design, we want to see your take.
