Another big project complete! This one was a complete overhaul! I think one window in the laundry is the only thing we didn’t update here. A lot of custom touches, from the mitered sill to the custom storage space on the back of the peninsula, we even made a 1/1 doorbell chime cover. We made the shaker doors for the closet space from scratch. A huge upgrade from the accordion door with magnetic clasp that was there before! Tons of storage and lighting, with Countertops from Cutting Edge Countertops Cabinets from WS Design and Flooring from ProSource Toledo

This was a large project we recently finished! A full kitchen, laundry, half bath, stairway overhaul! All new cabinets, lighting, countertops, trim work, tile splash, drywall work (eliminated tons of soffit!) counters by Cutting Edge Countertops carpeting on the back stairs by Harms Flooring and LVT provided by ProSource Toledo

Here are some photos of a project we completed back in September! This is a basement stairway in a beautiful old house in Ottawa Hills! We did some wall repair, gave the existing wood work a facelift, painted, laid some LVT on the treads and landing, added lighting, railing, and made some custom coat racks, shelving, and a bulletin board!

This week I completed the installation of some posts and railing in northern Michigan. The wood will end up getting a dark stain.
