Just a helpful hint in the summertime you should be changing your filter every month in the winter time every 2 to 3 months we are finding filters like this that haven't been changed in a year and it is damaging the equipment, just some friendly advice

This unit that is not that old died during the heat waves because service was never done and you can see how bad the condenser coil was it's important to keep it clean
