Please use our room block! We have secured this discounted rate for you based on a guarenteed percentage of attendees staying in the official conference hotel. Booking outside of the block impacts the meeting space/dates/rates for future years. Guaranteeing these blocks gives us the opportunity to negotiate concessions (better rates, free internets, food pricing, meeting rooms ect.) Housing is a key component in how this leverage is measured. Ultimately booking outside of the block has potential for making future meetings more expensive! Also, these rooms come with water park passes =)

NEAFS would like to congratulate Outreach Coordinator Scott Rubins on his retirement after 28 years of forensic education! He celebrated with other members and New Rochelle PD during his last crime scene final exam this week. While Scott may have reached the end of his teaching career, his impact in forensics will continue to grow. Congrats Scott!
