Storm surge puts water where you don't want it.

When it hits homes, farms, businesses, and marinas, Pacer's M Series and S Series pumps get to work. The S Series is corrosion resistant to saltwater. The M Series moves water that has debris in it. Disaster Relief

Storm water is not clean water.

Flood work runs grit, silt, and salt through a pump for days at a stretch, and material choice matters more in that duty than it does moving clean water.

From sunk to afloat.

Captain Walt Bohn and the Sea Tow New Jersey crew brought this vessel back up at the dock, and Pacer pumps helped make it happen.

Nor'easters have hit the coast hard this season, with the Delmarva coast and the Outer Banks of North Carolina taking some of the worst of it. Our thoughts are with every boat owner, marina, and crew cleaning up.

Before you order a pump, have this conversation.

Four things get you to the right pump faster than any catalog:
-The fluid, including concentration and temperature
-The flow rate you need, in GPM
-The suction lift, meaning how far the pump will sit above the liquid
-The power you have available: gas, electric, hydraulic, or hand

Bring those four to us and we can point you at a series and a drive configuration that suits the duty. Bring them to your distributor and there is far less back and forth on the quote.

More Than Fifty Years

Fifty-two years. One product category.

Pacer Pumps opened in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1974 and has built the same thing ever since: self-priming centrifugal pumps molded from thermoplastics. Eight series. Six drive configurations. Molded and Assembled in the USA.

First Day of Fall

Fall arrives tomorrow. The equinox lands on Tuesday, September 22, and from there the days get shorter and the work changes.

Fall on a farm and around a shop means harvest, tank cleaning, and the first honest thinking about winter. Anti-icing and de-icing season is closer than it feels in September.

Before a pump goes back on the shelf, drain it. Water left standing in a housing through a hard freeze cracks parts that were fine in October. Pull the drain plug, let it drain fully, and store it somewhere it will not collect condensation.
