Custom fabricated post base brackets made from scratch 🔧

Started with 14ga sheet metal, sheared to size and formed square tube sections on the bend press. Two pieces welded together to create a clean, fully enclosed square profile, then welded onto a mounting base plate with bolt holes drilled for anchoring. Raw steel finish here customer’s picking up these four to paint and install.

Simple process, solid result. Sheet metal → bend press → weld → drill → done. 💪
