We had another company come out 3 times and couldn't get the problem to recreate or diagnose an issue even after charging for the diagnostic, when I asked the other company to come fix it we've gone 2 months this summer without it working and the owners daughter actually replied that they're refunding their initial diagnostic charge and gave up on us by saying they already came out 3x trying to find the issue already and that was it. I've never had any company drop us as a customer and give up even though they "had a hunch" it was the blower motor. When I called this company, Lakeside, they showed at same day and immediately found out it was in fact that issue and I approved the invoice and they had the part installed the next afternoon and the unit is up and running perfectly. I removed the other HVAC company from my contacts and put Lakeside in there in case I have another issue in the future. I highly recommend them. We can't believe we waited 2 months working with a different 5-star Google rated local company on several occasions over the same issue in this heat before Lakeside came and did the job in less than a day wait time. What an experience in a 90-degree house.
