Ron Smith Sr., a family member, began working with Tom back in the 1980’s. Ron’s son, Ronnie Smith started working during his summers in high school alongside his father. In 1993, Ronnie joined the team full time and since then, has worked his way up to Service Manager. Ronnie has his Florida State Mechanical C license and today is a partner of Renee Kent Show and Tom Kent. Renee Kent Show is Tom’s daughter. She also worked in the office throughout her summers in high school and started full time in 1998. Renee began running parts for the guys and helping out at installation jobs then moved on to managing the office and handling administrative tasks. You will speak with her when you call in for service, estimates or questions. Having a family owned business is very special to us.
