Another sidewalk brought back to life 💪

We removed the old cracked and deteriorated concrete, cleaned everything out, installed a fresh stone base, compacted it properly, formed it up, and poured new concrete with clean joints and a smooth broom finish.

Good concrete starts underneath — doing the prep right is what makes it last.

🔒 Project “Fort Knox” Complete! 🔒

That’s what the homeowner called this one—and for good reason. She wanted a patio as low to the ground as possible after removing the old deck, and that’s exactly what we delivered.

We demolished the existing deck, discovered hidden rot in the framing, repaired and reinforced it, excavated the area, installed a tightly compacted stone base, and finished it with an Ashlar Slate stamped concrete patio featuring a charcoal border. Every step was done with long-term durability in mind because a great patio starts with what’s underneath.

Another worn-out walkway brought back to life.

We removed the old cracked and sunken concrete, excavated the base, installed a fresh layer of compacted stone, and plate tamped it for a solid foundation before pouring a brand-new sidewalk and steps. Finished with sharp, clean lines and a durable broom finish, this entrance is built to last and instantly improves the home’s curb appeal.

Another project underway! We started by demolishing the old deck to prepare for a beautiful Ashlar Slate stamped concrete patio. During demolition we discovered the shed’s framing was severely rotted, so instead of just covering it up, we repaired and reframed it at no additional cost. We believe in doing the job the right way, even when it means going above and beyond. The site is now excavated, stoned, plate compacted, and ready for a stunning stamped patio. Stay tuned for the finished transformation! 💪🏼

⚒️Stone and Steel Construction⚒️ excavated a clean 1’ x 1’ trench tight along the foundation, following the perimeter of the affected area. We then installed heavy-duty metal screening/rodent barrier, backfilled and tightly compacted the trench, and finished everything off with river rock for a clean, finished appearance and added protection.

A lot of the most important work on a home is the work you don’t see when the job is finished. From excavation and drainage to foundation protection and specialty problem-solving, we take pride in doing the job thoroughly and leaving the property looking better than when we arrived.
