We are so excited to help this one come to life!!!

Central Michigan University’s upcoming medical facility is the new home of the university’s medical education program to bring students in the track together.

The 90,000 square-foot facility in Saginaw is expected to welcome students in the fall of 2028.

The facility known as the MyMichigan Health CMU Medical Education Building will bring most medical students together, according to the CMU press release on August 3. Currently first- and second-year students attend the Mount Pleasant campus compared to most third- and fourth-year students who attend in Saginaw.

“Bringing the majority of our students, faculty and staff together in one geographic location will greatly strengthen medical education at CMU,” Joshua Nosanchuk, M.D., dean of the Covenant HealthCare College of Medicine, said in another press release.

It NEVER gets old saying "another project" with awesome partners 🙌 !! We are excited to represent McLaren Health Care again, this project at McLaren Northern Michigan's Cheboygan campus to expand the Emergency Department by 5,000 square feet. With a team comprised of Clark Construction Company, IGNYTE DESIGN, Hobbs+Black Architects, C4 Architects, and Pace Howe Design, we have no doubt this will be a fantastic project!!!

How fortunate are we to live in such a wonderful country and celebrate 250 years of freedom!!

May we never forget that this freedom was not free. We are so thankful to those that fought for our independence, and continue to do so on a daily basis.

Arriving at this exciting milestone was no small task. Kramer Management Group has truly appreciated the trust and confidence placed in us by Central Michigan University to help get this project approved and ready to build.

So many partners contributed along the way. The Medical Diamond steering committee has supported this initiative for many years, but without MyMichigan Health's generous gift and perfect site, this would not have been possible. Along with the support from Covenant HealthCare and so many CMU supporters, this will be a remarkable project for the Bay region.

Thanks also to our design partners HDR and our construction partner Clark Construction Company, who will help us deliver a world class medical education building!

Central Michigan University's board of trustees has given final approval to a $100 million medical education building in downtown Saginaw.
