Daily duties will consist of assisting colleagues in a small business environment in the manufacturing of cast polyurethane products. Tasks may include: Grinding, Drilling, Mold Making, Part Trimming, Part Washing, Part Packing, Loading/Unloading Delivery Trucks, Sand Blasting, Priming Inserts, Cleaning, Mixing two component polyurethane or silicone materials, etc… You must have some experience in manufacturing/workshop environment and be able to read blue prints, use calipers, safely use general workshop equipment (pneumatic angle grinders, belt sander, band saw, table saw, drill press), take proper notes, create work instructions and project documentation using MS Office Suite. A strong desire to create quality products and exceed customer expectations is a must, as well as being on-time daily with a good attitude. Skills will be tested prior to hire. Pay will be commensurate with skills demonstrated and experience. Preference will be given to someone who also knows welding/metal fab, CNC machining, general machining, 3D Printing/CAD/CAM experience, metrology, GD&T, working knowledge of ISO9001. All hires are subject to a background check and clean drug screening.
